July 8 1999 Herbert Rehbein and Georg Theodorescu  The DressageDaily Euro-Tour moves on to Bad Honnef Dressage, near
Cologne, Germany hosted by Uwe Spenlen on a private island on the Rhine
River. In addition to hosting qualifiers for The German Young Riders, Bad Honnef Dressage presents the 'Herbert Rehbein Final' German Championships Dressage 1999 for Professional Riders. The late Herbert Rehbein is shown (right) here in conversation with fellow German trainer George Theodorescu at the 1994 World Equestrian Games in den Hague, The Netherlands.
