Wednesday, September 28, 2007 Dressage at Devon Breed Show Division Off to a Sunny Start Stacy Jones's Hallelujah Leading Filly of the Day
Jones purchased the filly from Angela Barilar, owner of the stallion Davignon, who produced Donegal the first American bred horse to compete at the FEI World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in 2005. Barilar who has toned down her breeding operation to focus on importing quality young horses from Europe is expecting a shipment of 8 horses she handpicked to offer for sale. “They are all jewels, like the beautiful filly Hallelujah, beautiful conformation and big long movers.” Stacy Parvey-Larsson is training with Dr. Cesar Parra and preparing Hallelujah to compete in the FEI 5-year old Young Horse classes in two years.
