While building a solid career as a trusted rider and trainer, Harding has had much success in the show ring, both in the United States, and Europe. Shawna Harding dedicated the past year in 2005 to living and working in Denmark where she trained with Fin Grave, the head trainer for the Blue Hors Stables. The hard work paid off, again, as one of the highlights of the season was an earning special award at a show in Sweden in the Intermediaire II for her “position, effectiveness, and lightness of aids.” Back in the USA, Harding has set up her business in Aiken, South Carolina, a charming horse community which is rapidly growing into a popular equestrian mecca.
