Global Dressage Forum Oct 30-31 2006

Hooge Mierde, September 2006 - The Global Dressage Forum is the number one meeting place of trainers, riders, judges, dressage officials and scientists in the world. During the 6th edition of the Forum, on October 30 and 31 2006 the organisers, Academy Bartels, the International Dressage Trainers Club and the Dutch Equestrian Federation, will present clinics by Olympic champion Anky van Grunsven and ‘horse whisperer’ Monty Roberts. Other famous trainers and scientist are on the planning. The Organising Committee, on which the Finish top trainer and rider Kyra Kyrklund is the newest member, has noticed last years criticism in the equestrian press, and will stimulate debate by introducing a forum discussion after every clinic. A 5-day program, including a visit to the very successful Equine Elite auction on 28 October and a visit to Anky van Grunsven ’s stables in Erp on 29 October, is presented as the ‘Dressage Week of the Year’.
