02/02/08 - Change of location
 The
event will no longer be held at the Dressage Center in Deleon Springs
but will be held at Treasure Coast Farm, 5656 Southwest Ludlum,
Palm City, Florida, 34990.
For those of you that have already purchased airline tickets and are
flying into the Orland airport, Palm City is a 2 hour commute from
the Orlando Regional Airport.
For those of you that have not already booked your flights, you now
have additional airport options. Palm Beach International is
the closest airport, and both the Melbourne and Ft. Lauderdale airports
are in close proximity.
The least expensive hotel available in the area is the Best Western,
located just under 11 miles away at 1209 S. Federal Hgwy in Stuart. The
number for reservations is 772-287-6200. The discounted rate
for our group is $89.00 per night, breakfast included.
The closest hotel is the Holiday Inn Express, located approximately
7 miles from the barn at 7900 SW Lost River Road in Stuart. The
number for reservations is 772-287-2522. The discounted rate
for our group is $99.00 per night, breakfast included.
I recommend that you book your room ASAP as the hotels in this area
of Florida are in high demand. If you need assistance finding
accommodations, please let me know right away.
If you have already made hotel reservations in the Deleon Springs area,
please be sure to cancel them.
I will be in touch with you again to provide directions to Treasure
Coast Farm and any additional information that becomes necessary. We
apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and hope you will understand
our decision to change locations was done out of necessity. By
changing the location we will be able to uphold our standard of excellence
and bring you a top-notch, educational event.
If this change in location is a problem for anyone that has pre-registered,
please contact me and the NADTC will happily refund your auditors fees.
