This clinic will be held in an indoor arena with covered seating.  Registration is $50.00 per horse and rider and classes with Mr. Matos are 1 hour for $185.00.  There are stalls available, at $35 first night with initial bedding$25.00 per extra night, A $15 deposit is required for stalls also, but will be refunded if stall left clean, and you must pay a deposit of 50% due now to reserve your stall/s and ride times. The fee to audit the lesson sessions is $20.00. All fees must be paid in full by January 10th 2008.  The attached Riding Release is required and must be signed and returned prior to the event.

RELEASE AND CONSENT

I, ______________________________, voluntarily have chosen to participate in and ride my horse in the Rodrigo Matos Riding Clinic on

_______________________, organized by NATHALIE FERRATO, and held at MARTIN COUNTY EQUESTRIAN CENTER, and I knowingly, execute this Release and Consent.

I hereby expressly release, discharge and hold harmless, NATHALIE FERRATO and MARTIN COUNTY EQUESTRIAN CENTER, their appointees, employees, volunteers, agents, or its successors in interest, from any and all injuries, damages, claims, causes of action, lawsuits or judgments of any kind or nature that I may have, known or unknown, or that any person claiming through me may have or claim to have against NATHALIE FERRATO and MARTIN COUNTY EQUESTRIAN CENTER, their appointees, employees, volunteers, agents, or successors in interest, created by or arising out of, or during, or following my participation in the Rodrigo Matos Riding Clinic, or resulting therefrom, through any act or omission to act by anyone, whether they be the undersigned, NATHALIE FERRATO or MARTIN COUNTY EQUESTRIAN CENTER., their appointees, employees, volunteers, agents, successors in interest or whomsoever.

It is my intention that this Release be binding on my heirs, legal representatives and assigns, and that its coverage extend to the appointees, employees, volunteers, agents or successors in interest of NATHALIE FERRATO and MARTIN COUNTY EQUESTRIAN CENTER.

This instrument is a complete waiver and release of any claim I have as a result of my participation in the Rodrigo Matos Riding Clinic.
