Nick WagmanSan Diegan Nick Wagman and his own Uforia topped the Open Grand Prix division with a winning score of 63.532% under the CDI ground jury. Uforia is an 8-year-old Dutch Warmblood mare by Negro out of Montana, and this is her first season at Grand Prix. Wagman and Uforia participated in the 2008 USEF Collecting Gate’s Farm Intermediaire Championships last year and have now moved up into the Grand Prix. Wagman was thrilled with the win. “I was extremely pleased with Uforia in the Grand Prix. She spooked in the first trot extension when spectators applauded another ride. She bolted and spun around, but after that, she settled down and was great!” Wagman was also pleased that he received such a good score from the internationally impressive ground jury. “I rode under the CDI judges, so I was thrilled to receive a score like that from these judges.”

Wagman was also on top of the leader board in the Open Prix St. Georges. He won the impressive class of sixteen riders, with a score of 70.526%. Wagman rode Elizabeth Keadle’s Radley, an 11-year-old Dutch Warmblood gelding by Krack C out of Bienvenue.
