Charlotte Bredahl-Baker is one of the most respected members of the U.S. dressage community. A successful trainer, competitor, judge and instructor, Charlotte has an extensive equestrian background.  

In the course of her equestrian career, Charlotte has engaged in just about every type of equestrian discipline, including jumpers, driving trotters and, most recently, reining. At the 2009 Dressage World Cup competition in Las Vegas, she competed in the International Reining Celebrity Challenge, along with another Olympic dressage rider-turned reiner, Anky van Grunsven. In the dressage world, one of Charlotte's greatest moments was earning a Team Bronze Medal at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics with Monsieur (also the 1994 and 1997 USDF Grand Prix Horse of the Year). She was also part of the 1997 U.S. Silver Medal-winning team at the North American Championships on her Grand Prix horse Lugano. In 2008 she was a selector for the Olympics in Hong Kong and in 2010 a selector for the Alltech/FEI World Equestrian Games in Kentucky. In 2008 she had another major success, obtaining her FEI “C” judge credentials, which allows her to judge CDI competitions. From 2009-2011 she was the featured clinician for the USDF Adult clinic series sponsored by Platinum Performance.
